Construction started in the 70’s through the mid 1980’s by a variety of builders with numerous home styles. Current prices have been from the mid $100’s to the low $200’s. The lifestyle in the Ridge has a quaint “Mayberry” feel. That is; homes near neighbors who are friends who all have an idea of family life in a small rural town.
