Walnut Grove - Chanhassen, MN Homes & Townhomes for Sale

Chanhassen has another well-designed mixed development neighborhood near the corner of Hwy. 5 and Galpin Blvd.

Walnut Grove on Prairie Flower Blvd. offers convenient living in both Townhomes and single-family homes. The posting of a 15 MPH speed limit on the private roads means you can feel a bit more at ease when you go out for a walk.

The back yards of these Rottlund built homes meet to provide some nice open space that just begs for a soccer ball! A gathering space under the bright white gazebo helps support that sense of community that makes Carver County such a special place to live. Watch for senior pictures from this neighborhood – that just might make a nice backdrop for the outdoor shots.

Chanhassen’s Bluff Creek Elementary is just across Hwy. 5. The U of M Landscape Arboretum is just west on Hwy. 5 and you already know that parks are plentiful in Chanhassen. Enjoy the great outdoors and the sun or snow of Minnesota!

Laura Ingalls Wilder’s stories include her childhood tales from Walnut Grove. Maybe that could be some favorite reading around here, too.

Clover Field Neighborhood

Cloverfield Homes

Chaska’s newest addition features the new urbanism design of Clover Field. This mixed development has a comfortable blend of traditional homes, cozy neighborhoods and some of the newest designs in modern living.

Single family homes in the $250 to $550k range are wrapped around Chaska’s District #112 Clover Field Elementary School. Don’t worry about all those issues that can go with a long bus ride - - the kids can walk to school with their friends.

Clover Field is specifically designed to build that sense of community that some folks feel went away with Mayberry. Take a look at the fresh air front porches. It just might make you feel like you’re at Grandma’s house again.

Nearby Victoria Drive and Hundertmark Road give a touch of European influence, just by their names. The new European-style roundabout intersection adds another element to that same feel, plus its reputation for safety.

Builder is completing the new urbanism design with convenient shopping just steps away.

Be sure you check for wildlife sightings and sunset photo ops over the large natural pond to the southwest. Your family Christmas card picture is ready to be taken. Smile!
