Trotter’s Ridge - Chanhassen, MN Homes For Sale
“Hi honey, I’m home!” just might be echoed throughout the quiet streets of Trotter’s Ridge. It is just a nice suburban neighborhood at Birdle Creek that incorporates a comfortable mix of elements.
One remarkable sight is the mix of grand old trees that few might expect to find in a neighborhood this “young” by suburban development standards. Somehow various builders were able to preserve them during construction and we reap the benefits of their majesty and shade today. Apparently there are some fine folks with a good sense of humor and some strong throwing arms when it comes to setting up a thorough “TP” attack on one of the residents.
On the north side the Chanhassen Nature Preserve guarantees that the view from the decks will be spectacular. Even the wild turkeys who live nearby venture out occasionally and remind us that we’re not stuck in the big city…and we’re so very thankful for that!
Chaska ISD #112 educates the children who live the Trotter’s Ridge area.
