Park Ridge

If you would really like to have a waterslide in your back yard but just can’t seem to figure out how to sneak that one past the inspectors, get to know the people who live in Chaska’s Park Ridge area.

They have the next best thing! You know that fabulous Chaska Community Center and waterslide on Park Ridge Drive? Just keep on driving and you’ll be right there in a neighborhood of affordable split-level homes.

Current home values are between Mid $200’s & low $400k.

Built by a variety of builders in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, these single-family homes were featured as the site of the 1992 “Street of Reality” home show. Mid-sized, roughly 2,400 sq. ft. homes all have attached garages and relatively level lots that are perfect for a gathering.

Call your friends for a backyard game but don’t forget the snacks and a cooler! Both the Middle Schools on Highway 41 and Engler and Chaska Elementary School are nearby. Maybe the kids could walk to school with their friends?

Don’t forget that the Chaska trail system is right there. It might be calling for you and your bike or Rollerblades. Go enjoy it while you can! You can opt for the waterpark on those days when it’s raining or snowing outside. But if you’re really hearty the trails await for that zippy jog you’ve been putting off.
